This policy explains how Thulo Technology ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games and our website, thulotechnology.com.np.

We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name to play our games. Our games and the third-party services inside them may collect:

• Device information such as model, operating system and advertising ID
• Gameplay and app interaction data (for example levels played, sessions)
• Crash logs and diagnostics to help us fix bugs

How we use it

• To run, maintain and improve our games
• To show advertising that keeps our games free
• To understand how players use our games and fix problems

Third-party services

Our games may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies, such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics. Please review their policies for details.

Advertising choices

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. To request deletion of data linked to your device, email us with the game name and your device's advertising ID.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
